These Terms of Use govern the Little Eden Kids website and mobile app (together, the “Service”). Little Eden Kids is operated by SurgeMind AI LLC, doing business as Little Eden Kids (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Parents and child profiles

An adult parent or legal guardian must create and manage an account. Children may use the child-facing experience only under that adult’s supervision and authorization. You are responsible for your account, the profiles you create, and keeping your sign-in information secure. A child profile may contain the child’s first name, library, favorites, and reading or activity progress. Please do not enter a child’s full name, contact information, or other sensitive details in a profile.

2. Parent consent and privacy

Before creating a child profile, the parent or legal guardian must review the Privacy Policy and complete the parent-consent flow in the app. You may contact us at info@surgemindai.com to ask about your child’s information or request its deletion. Agreement to these Terms is separate from any optional choice to receive marketing email or text messages.

3. Content and use

Little Eden Kids offers faith-based stories, prayers, audio, and related activities for families. Content is intended for personal, noncommercial use. We grant you a limited, revocable right to access it through the Service while your account is in good standing. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, publicly perform, scrape, or use the content to train an automated system without our written permission. Bible story adaptations and reflections are educational and devotional material; families may wish to read the referenced Scripture together.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Some features may require a paid monthly or annual subscription. The applicable price, billing period, and any trial or introductory terms will be shown before purchase. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through the platform where you subscribed. Purchases through Apple’s App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by that store; use its subscription settings to cancel. Deleting the app does not necessarily cancel a subscription. Refund requests are subject to the applicable store’s policies and law.

5. Church referrals

Church referral participation is subject to the program terms provided to participating churches. The website interest form is an inquiry, not enrollment or a guarantee of payment. Churches do not receive access to a child’s profile or family information through a referral code.

6. Optional email and text messages

We may send essential account, service, and purchase communications. Promotional email and SMS messages require a separate, optional choice from the parent. If you opt in to text messages, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to stop promotional texts, or HELP for help. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails through the link in an email. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential service messages.

7. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use it in a way that violates others’ rights or applicable law. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or our rights.

8. Availability and changes

We may add, update, or remove books, features, or supported devices. We aim to keep the Service available, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. We may revise these Terms and will post the updated version and date here. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice as required by law.

9. Responsibility and legal limits

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, SurgeMind AI LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
