Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 28, 2026

Little Eden Kids is operated by SurgeMind AI LLC, doing business as Little Eden Kids (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how information is handled through our website and mobile app. We designed the child-facing experience for children and put parents in control of accounts and child profiles. For privacy questions or requests, email info@surgemindai.com.

1. Information we collect

From parents or guardians

When you create or manage an account, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, sign-in information, subscription and purchase status, and choices about optional communications. If you enter a church affiliation or referral code, we use it for program attribution. We may keep records of consent, including when and how consent was given and the disclosure version shown.

For child profiles

A parent may provide a child’s first name. The app may save that child’s library, favorites, and reading or activity progress so the experience works across sessions. We do not ask children for their email address, phone number, photos, precise location, or messages. The child-facing experience has no public profiles, social features, or advertising.

From the website and app

We may receive technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service, such as device type, app events, diagnostic information, and request logs. The church interest form collects the church name, contact name, email, and any optional phone number, location, or message you submit.

2. How we use information

We use information to create and manage parent accounts and child profiles; provide books, audio, favorites, and progress; process subscriptions; respond to requests; follow up with interested churches; maintain security and troubleshoot problems; and send service communications. We send promotional email or SMS only when a parent separately opts in, and we honor opt-outs.

3. Parent notice and consent

A parent or legal guardian creates the account and must complete the app’s parent-consent step before a child profile is created. That step explains the child information involved and links to this policy. Parents may review or correct child-profile information, withdraw consent, refuse further collection or use, or request deletion by using available account controls or emailing info@surgemindai.com. We may take reasonable steps to verify that a requester is the parent or guardian before acting on a child-data request.

4. Service providers and sharing

We use providers to help operate the Service, which may include Firebase/Google for authentication or analytics, Supabase for storage, RevenueCat for subscription management, Apple or Google for marketplace purchases, and vendors that deliver opted-in email or SMS. They receive information needed for their services and are expected to protect it. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the Service, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable protections. We do not sell children’s personal information or use it for targeted advertising. A referring church does not receive child or family profile details through its referral code.

5. Marketing choices

Parent marketing consent is optional and separate from the authorization to create a child profile. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in an email and opt out of promotional texts by replying STOP. We may retain your opt-out choice so we do not send further promotional messages to that address or number. Essential account and purchase messages may still be sent.

6. Security and retention

We use reasonable measures designed to protect information. No system can guarantee perfect security. We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, honor requests and choices, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it as appropriate. You may request deletion by contacting us.

7. Your choices and rights

Parents can ask to access, correct, or delete their information and their child’s profile, subject to applicable law. You may also withdraw consent for further use of child information. If applicable privacy law gives you additional rights, you may exercise them by emailing info@surgemindai.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

8. Other services

Apple, Google, and other services may apply their own terms and privacy practices when you use their stores or platforms. Please review their notices for information they handle independently.

9. Updates and contact

We may update this policy as the Service changes. We will post the new date here and provide additional notice when required. Contact SurgeMind AI LLC, doing business as Little Eden Kids, at info@surgemindai.com for questions, parent requests, or privacy concerns.
